Patients in the Newport Beach, California area have come to know and trust Dr. Kevin Sadati, as one of the top board certified facial plastic surgeons specializing in nasal surgery. For more than 10 years, Dr. Sadati has been performing functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, allowing him to become highly specialized in his field. His experience and trustworthiness draw patients to him, and in addition to that, patients know they are getting a doctor who truly cares about them. Dr. Sadati is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) as well as the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS). These two professional organizations are the most prestigious and elite organizations in the field of cosmetic and facial plastic surgery.
In addition to having a wealth of medical and professional knowledge about all different types of rhinoplasty surgeries and nasal plastic surgeries, Dr. Kevin Sadati is also a passionate artist who enjoys painting. When patients hear about his hobby, they breathe a little easier, knowing that he will use an artist’s eye when working on their nose. As an expert rhinoplasty surgeon, he recognizes the importance of not only having a nose that is functional and allows you to breathe better, but also having a beautiful nose that fits perfectly on your face. Dr. Sadati takes the time needed in order to study a person’s face and decide what would work best for that patient to not only alleviate symptoms but also make the proper cosmetic changes. He takes into account not only a patient’s preference but also their lifestyle, ethnicity and other facial features.
In addition to performing first-time rhinoplasty procedures, Dr. Kevin Sadati also is experienced with revision rhinoplasties. This specialized surgery is a particular talent of his, as he works hard to ensure that this difficult procedure is done properly and gives the patient the nose they originally desired during their first rhinoplasty procedure that was done by a different surgeon. Many surgeons steer clear of revision rhinoplasties, but Dr. Sadati wants to ensure that all of his patients are happy with the nose on their face. These surgeries can be difficult and time-consuming, but there is no revision rhinoplasty case that Dr. Sadati will turn away. He is always up for the challenge in order to make his patients happy.
Dr. Sadati is a rare find when it comes to a cosmetic surgeon who specializes in facial plastic surgery, in particular nasal cosmetic surgeries. He truly evaluates each individual who steps foot into his office. He works with a patient’s natural features and attempts to enhance a person not alter them to fit a specific design. It is this personal attention and eye for detail that has allowed Dr. Kevin Sadati’s practice to grow over time and become one of the best practices in California.
Dr. Kevin Sadati earned a bachelor’s degree in not only Molecular Cell Biology but also Near Eastern Art and History from the University of California at Berkeley, which he attended on a scholarship. Following graduation, he became involved in a wound healing research project that took place at the University of California at San Francisco. Following a stint in research, he went to medical school and earned his medical degree from Midwestern University/ Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Illinois. His internship was completed at the Michigan State University, Metropolitan Hospital and following that studied General Surgery, Otolaryngology, head and neck surgery at PCOM and also the Medical College of Pennsylvania, which is located in Philadelphia. It was in Philadelphia that he completed his training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.
During his residency, Dr. Kevin Sadati pursued his passion of art by attending the Philadelphia School of Fine Arts during the evening. It was here that he studied the human form through sculpting and painting, a skill that he feels truly gives him the upper hand when it comes to facial plastic surgery. Not only does he know the medical and biological aspects of the face and body, but he also recognizes the aesthetics of each person as well.
For Dr. Sadati, education is never truly complete. After his residency program, he completed his cosmetic and reconstructive surgery fellowship training program that was hosted by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery in the State of Washington.

Wound Healing Research: Regulatory Effects of IL4 & NO Signaling on Osteoclasts & Osteoblasts. Bone marrow stem cells were induced to differentiate into osteoclasts and Osteoblasts, and then IL4 and Nitrous Oxide were introduced to them. The results indicated that IL4 down regulates the Osteoblasts, and NO upregulates the Osteoblasts.
